Doing okay so far keeping up with monthly posts to help y’all get some new meal plan ideas! This month saw the last hurrah of winter and just a small jaunt into springier dishes. My mom came to visit and we got to celebrate her birthday, and we had a small little nod to Ireland mid-month.

Meal planning continues to keep me sane. I’d love to know what you have planned/enjoyed too!

Mealprep breakfasts for David (grain free, gluten free, dairy free, egg free; usually legume free)

Paleo sausage balls (with flax eggs + psyllium fiber)

Roasted pumpkin breakfast bowls (but using organic canned pumpkin)

Chocolate chip zucchini muffins

Chocolate chia pudding with almond butter
